Technical Issues
When I print the character sheets, boxes in the Level areas disappear.
While we're not sure why this happens, a workaround does exist. Try printing the character sheets with the "reduce to fit" option turned off. In other words, print the sheets at 100%. While this may cause the footer to be cut off the page, the boxes should print.
When I try to download the Reforged Edition, I am disconnected or I cannot download the whole document.
We are aware of customers being disconnected during download of the 21mb Battleaxe RPG document. If you get disconnected, try downloading the zip file again. If this still doesn't work, email us, tell us about your issue, and we'll work to get you a copy of the game.
There are white boxes around some graphics or some graphics are missing.
You may not be using Acrobat Reader 6 or greater. Try upgrading to the newest version of Acrobat Reader (which is free from the Adobe web site) and see if the problem is resolved.
